THS to Host Paranormal Investigators
Friday, October 27th Ticonderoga Historical Society Program "Paranormal Hancock”:
Our popular Halloween program is back—but with a twist! Shiver with spine-tingling chills as a paranormal investigation team joins us for a look at their most intriguing and terrifying investigations in the North Country. Will the Hancock House be among them?
The Ticonderoga Historical Society will host “Finding Dystopia,” an Adirondack-based paranormal research group on Friday, October 27
at 7 p.m. in the lower-level program room of the Hancock House, 6 Moses Circle, Ticonderoga.
The Schroon Lake-based group will relate tales of their Adirondack investigations, including one recently done at the Hancock House. “I am not telling
anyone what was manifested,” said Hancock House Managing Director Diane O’Connor. “We have an enormous collection of artifacts that may have retained an emotional bond with previous owners. And of course, we live in a region crisscrossed with important historic events. Who is to say what kind of energy remains behind?”
The program is free, however, reservations are strongly recommended, as the museum’s” Haunted Hancock” Halloween programs are among their most popular.
Reservations and additional information is available by calling 518-585-7868 or via e-mail to tihistory@bridgepoint1com.
