The Schroon Lake Fish & Game Club Ice Fishing Derby is a thrilling weekend of hard water adventures and friendly competition! 

Join us for the annual Schroon Lake Ice Fishing Derby, held the first full weekend of March. This event is open to all anglers looking to test their skills and reel in Lake Trout, Perch, Pickerel, Salmon, and Pike.

Fishing Hours:

• Saturday at daylight through Sunday at 4 PM

Ticket Sales: Tickets will be available starting January 31st at the following locations:

• Crossroads, Chestertown

• Flanagan’s Pub, Schroon Lake

• Timberwolf, Schroon Lake

• Fish307, Lake George

• FMB Bait & Tackle, Port Henry

• Norm’s Bait & Tackle, Crown Point

• SL Fish & Game Clubhouse (Fridays after 5 PM)

Ticket Deadline: Tickets are available until Wednesday, February 26th at these locations. After this date, tickets can only be purchased:

• Flanagan’s Pub – Friday, February 28th (4-8 PM)

• SL Fish & Game Clubhouse – Friday, February 28th (12-9 PM) or Saturday, March 1st (6-10 AM)

No registrations will be accepted after 10 AM on Saturday, March 1st.

Mail-In Pre-Registration:

• Send a check payable to SL Fish and Game with the names and phone numbers of each participant.

• Mail to: PO Box 725, Schroon Lake, NY 12870

• Entries must be received by February 24th
