Learn the art of pasta making
Learn the art of making perfect pasta dough from scratch, then using a pasta machine to transform it into beautiful Fettuccine & Pappardelle noodles. While your dough rests a critical step in the process, Chef Mike will prepare a delicious Fettuccine Alfredo dinner for you along with a glass of white wine.
You will leave this class with expertise to make your own pasta and take home the pasta you created to use in your own recipes.

Time: 6 - 8 p.m.
Admission: $35 for members, $40 for non-members
