Food Preservation Class

Cornell Cooperative Extension is excited to partner with Ausable Valley Grange and Hope Kitchen for food preservation classes.

Learn how to preserve the produce you harvest and buy this time of year or any time of year.

Join us in this 2-part class taught by Kari Lamkins, our Youth and Family Educator and Master Food Preserver.

October 5 from 1-3 pm at the Grange Hall: You’ll learn about the different methods of food preservation.

November 16 from 1-3pm at the Hope Kitchen on Hill St. Keeseville you will put your new knowledge to work with this hands-on class.

Class size is limited so register soon.
