The Insta-worthy pine cottage is on a local farm south of Essex, situated between two small forests looking on Lake Champlain. Local beaches for water activities nearby. Wildlife and bird life abound. You are a welcome co-inhabitant on the secluded covered porch. Birds, including barred owls, are your regular visitors. Close to hiking trails, good food, and artisan shops. Perfect for large groups. Our philosophy is to live simply and leave no trace.
