Concerts

The Pleasant Valley Chorale will perform their spring program "This Land is Your Land: A Celebration of American Folk Music" with two concerts in June:

Sunday, June 2nd 3:00 PM, Essex Community Church- Indoors

Tuesday, June 4th 7:00 PM, Elizabethtown Social Center- Outdoors if Mother Nature allows... indoors if She does not.

Admission to both concerts is free, with a good will donation accepted at the door.

Come celebrate Susan Hughes' final concerts with the Chorale!  Susan has directed the Pleasant Valley Chorale since 1997.  She describes it as “an ensemble of the people, for the people.  We don’t hold auditions, which keeps it on an amateur level so everyone can be part of it, but we still work hard at the music.  It’s a great way to expand your singing abilities and to make new friends.”

Elizabethtown Social Center Director Arin Burdo says  “Susan has brought so much to the Chorale over the years.   It’s part of our core mission to bring people together and we appreciate that the Chorale is available to everyone who wants to sing.”
