Business Transition Celebration at My Hope Flower Farm: "Wine Down Wednesday"
Wine Down Wednesday
Miranda Holman, the Owner and Operator of My Hope Flower Farm and Flower Shop along with Francine Burke, formerly of The Country Florist & Gifts invite you to attend “Wine Down Wednesday” with Francine and Miranda on Wednesday, August 16th at 4:00 PM. The
event will take place at My Hope Flower Farm & Florist Shop located at 24 Mount Hope Avenue in Ticonderoga, NY. Complimentary wine and refreshments will be served. Fresh garden arrangements will be available all day for $35.00 and you can enter to win a door prize.
The local florist business recently transitioned ownership from long-time owner, Francine Burke (The Country Florist & Gifts), to the next generation. Ticonderoga resident Miranda Holman will carry on the flower shop service and tradition as an important anchor business in the Ticonderoga Area with her new business My Hope Flower Farm. While the name and location may have changed, the quality and consistent floral service will remain.
To celebrate the transition, the Ticonderoga Area Chamber of Commerce (TACC) in coordination with the Center For Businesses In Transition (CBIT) will host a ribbon cutting and business transition celebration at 4:30 PM as part of “Wine Down Wednesday” with Francine and Miranda on August 16th .
In addition to the TACC, local and state representatives are anticipated to participate in the ceremony. This celebration will officially mark the retirement of Francine Burke, former Owner of The Country Florist & Gifts and the transition of the florist business to Miranda Holman at My Hope Flower Farm.
