With the mountains as your backdrop, ride by lakes and meadows on this scenic loop. Gain a "bird's eye view" from it's many vantage points, and see if you can spot the osprey's nest along the trail.
How to get there
Coming from the south, turn off County Route 9 towards the east, onto Lake Road. At the railroad tracks, turn left onto Burdick Road. Pick up Route 9 again, turn left, and follow it south back to complete the loop.

Cycling
This road loop will take you along the expansive, relatively quiet, and incredibly scenic roads surrounding Crown Point and the Lake Champlain Bridge. There are services in Crown Point.
Scenic Drive
Expand the route all the way to Crown Point State Historic Site and the Champlain Bridge by continuing on Lake Road, across the railroad tracks, and down Lake Road all the way to the Bridge and the Crown Point Fort. Access to Crown Point State Historic Site and the Information Center, which has a museum display of the Champlain Bridge history and significance.
